Bowls Club
The Ticknall Short Mat indoor Bowls Club has now been in operation since 1995 and has been very successful.
The Club meets in the Village Hall each Wednesday from September through to the end of April, from 1.30pm to 3.30pm. Indoor Bowls is an easy game to pick up and provides gentle exercise in convivial company, with a break for tea and biscuits at half-time.
The Club is anxious to welcome new members. All the equipment is provided – the only thing you require is a pair of flat-soled shoes. Do come along and join us when the next season starts on 2nd September, 2009.Please use the CONTACTS link on the main menu to get in touch with us.
