Luncheon Club
Ticknall Luncheon Club has now been running since September 2008 and is proving to be very popular with the retired members of our community.
We now have over fourty members registered and regularly seat about fourty for lunch.
The lunches take place once a fortnight on a Tuesday at the Village Hall and are open to Ticknall Residents. We provide a two course lunch followed by coffee and chocolates. Some weeks we also have various forms of entertainment.
The current charge is £4.00 and times are 12-00 noon for 12-30 pm lunch. The transport picks up those members who require a lift around 12-00 noon and
returns between 2-00 pm and 2-30 pm.
We have a fantastic group of volunteers who organise, cook, serve and wash up and enjoy the experience as much as our members.
